We offer a refund and/or exchange service within the 14 days of your parcel the delivery date, if 14 days have passed since your purchase of the delivery date, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Neouo customers' orders are sent to our warehouses frequently throughout the day for the fastest possible fulfillment and shipping. Therefore, after 24 hours, it is not possible to change or cancel an order when it has been transmitted to a warehouse and begun processing.
If we are unable to accommodate your request and you receive the merchandise, you are kindly advised that you contact us for the return process upon receipt of the parcel for the refund.
